Box had a small dent on arrival, though the item inside was perfectly fine. Been using the Anker Prime 26,250mAh 300W Power Bank for a few weeks now. Build quality feels premium the moment you unbox it. Setup took five minutes and it just works. It's become part of my daily routine already. Bought it with crypto — checkout was quick and private.

Questions

Something else? Ask our team — we reply within a few hours.

Is the RED Komodo 6K Cinema Camera (Body) brand-new and genuine?

Yes. Every product is brand-new, factory-sealed and quality-checked before dispatch, with serial labels intact.

What warranty is included?

A 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost, including return shipping.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

No. Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid: import duty, VAT/GST and customs clearance are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of your payment confirming on-chain, then shipped fully tracked and insured with DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS. Free delivery usually arrives in 5–6 business days; Express and overnight options are available at checkout.

How do returns and refunds work if I paid in crypto?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in its original condition. Refunds are calculated in the USD value of your order, so price swings don't affect you, and sent as crypto to a wallet you choose or as store credit.

Which coins can I pay with, and who pays network fees?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, Litecoin, Monero and 50+ more. The crypto amount is locked for a short payment window when you place your order. Network fees are set by the blockchain and paid from your wallet.
